Suggestion Title New Dimension

I am not sure if this is something compatible but I thought it would be nice to have an extra dimension for us to explore etc.
I would say completely disallow /fly if this was added so there is more of a challenge. Obviously it would not effect this regular world as you need to make a portal to get to this dimension, but what you think?
